VMworld 2018 – Start Scheduling Your Sessions

Attention VMworld 2018 US attendees! This year’s Scheduler Builder is now live. To begin scheduling sessions, all you have to do is log into your VMworld account and start registering from the Content Catalog. With over 700 sessions, the scheduling process can be a little bit daunting. Not to worry; the schedule builder allows you to filter content by focus area, product, role, and day. Multiple filters can be leveraged to further refine your results for the perfect session. To keep you from inadvertently double-booking sessions, the builder will notify you of any conflicts and allow you to choose your preferred session at that time.VMware VMworld Las Vegas 2018 Schedule Not ready to commit? You can also “Favorite” sessions you like. This allows you to bookmark sessions that interest you, but not actually schedule it. Additionally, if you do schedule a session and change your mind, you aren’t locked into it. You can change your schedule as often as needed leading up to the event.

Sessions are already starting to fill up. If a session you want to attend is full, you can join the waitlist. Once on the waitlist, if spots clear up, you will automatically be notified and registered.

For more information on the scheduling process, check out the FAQ.

If you haven’t registered yet, you can still do so at VMworld.com.
